Minutes are your credit – they’re how we measure usage.
If you have 12 minutes in your account, that means you can process up to 12 minutes of video or audio content.

Minutes are deducted based on:
• The length of the content you upload
• The actions you perform (e.g. transcription, translation)

For example:
• Uploading a 4-minute video for transcription = 4 minutes
• Translating it into French = another 4 minutes
• Translating it into Spanish = another 4 minutes

Total = 12 minutes used

If you're on an Enterprise plan, we can customise how your minutes are used. Contact us to discuss.

Each plan includes a set number of transcription minutes per billing cycle. Both captions (subtitles) and translations count towards this total.

For example:
• Subtitling a 30-minute video = 30 minutes
• Translating it into Spanish = another 30 minutes

Total used = 60 minutes

Minutes are refreshed annually. You can top up anytime, but unused minutes don’t roll over.

If your current allowance isn’t enough, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional minutes.
To do this, head to your dashboard, go to Settings > Billing, and adjust your plan or minute allowance as needed.

Yes! You can adjust your allowance anytime in your account settings.
If you need over 100,000 minutes per month, contact us – we’ll help create a tailored Enterprise plan.

First, purchase extra seats via your account. Then, go to Settings > Users to invite people and assign roles.

We charge per seat – your plan price is multiplied by the number of users in your workspace. You can add more minutes and more storage as and when you need it.

• Admin: Full access to everything including billing, settings, user and guest management, teams, folders, and media
• Manager: Broad access to content, users, folders, and guest management, but can’t manage full user accounts or workspace settings
• Editor: Can create, edit, upload, and delete content in private folders but can’t manage users or settings
• Viewer: Read-only access to public content with no ability to add, edit, upload, or delete anything

Yes – adding a viewer won’t cost anything.
They can view files but can’t make changes or download content.

• Public Team Space: Shared workspace visible to all users, where content can be viewed by everyone and edited by permitted roles.
• Private Team Folder: Restricted folder only accessible to invited users, with controlled editing and viewing permissions.
• Personal Folder: Private folder accessible only to the user and designated roles—used for personal or sensitive content.
• Media (Files like videos, audio, etc.): Includes all uploaded content, such as video and audio files, with access and editing rights based on user role.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, powered by Stripe – a secure global provider.
For Enterprise plans, we also support purchase orders, bank transfers, and invoicing. Contact us if you need help setting this up.

Yes – we’ll email you an invoice each month.
You can also access them via Billing in your Subly account. Can’t find them? Let us know – we’re happy to help.

Absolutely. Go to your Dashboard > Settings > Billing > Auto-renewal to cancel.
Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
