We're a global, but close-knit team of friendly people. If you love a challenge and are looking to grow your career in a high performing team, you're in the right place.
Subly is a team of the right size, determined to do big things. We’re small enough to call each other by the first name and big enough to create a product that inspired 100 000 users to register. Join us on our mission to help individuals and organisations around the world make their content engaging, inclusive, global, and accessible.
We use powerful technology to simplify content workflows for users around the world.
We save creators and organisations time, so they can spend more time creating content and reach more of their audience.
We believe content should be accessible and inclusive for all.
We enable teams to collaborate and make content more local. We help audiences to stay connected no matter their location
and language.
We believe content creation should be enjoyed as much as when content is viewed. Our team and community are passionate about creating, accessing and promoting great global content.
I love working at Subly! Fast-paced and an awesome team who really care about your input. No nonsensical meetings, the freedom to focus on what really matters, make real progress and provide real benefits for our Subly community.”
Subly operates an entirely remote working model. We are a truly remote business, we don’t have an office!
Our team all work from home, their favourite coffee shops or co-working spaces - wherever they do their best work. This remote working model has helped us hire amazing talent across the UK and much further afield, including the Netherlands and Australia.
We have technology to help connect our people and where we have ‘hubs’, such as London, we bring the team together once a month to meet and work together in person.
We use Slack, not just for staying in touch about work, but to book short calls with one another to talk as you would in an office and get to know each other. We also run weekly and monthly team meetings where we do activities as well as updates.
Absolutely! We have people on full-time and part-time employment contracts and engage with contractors too.
We know that work-life balance is important and if offering part-time contracts means we get access to amazing talent, while supporting someone's personal priorities, it’s a win-win.
