As a key contributor to the front-end team, you'll work on building and enhancing responsive and performant web applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional team members.

  • Actively participate in daily scrums and sprint planning meetings.
  • Drive continuous improvement of our front-end frameworks and component libraries.
  • Ensure accessibility (WCAG compliance), responsiveness, and usability across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to create efficient, reusable, and scalable systems.
  • Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and integrate them into live projects when applicable.
  • Contribute to a culture of best practices, including code reviews and testing.

About You

  • Experience: 6–8 years of front-end development experience, with deep expertise in React, Typescript, and modern state management tools.
  • UI/UX Knowledge: Experience implementing designs and interactions that align with best practices in user experience and accessibility standards.
  • Tool Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Git, GitHub, Jira, and Agile/Scrum workflows.
  • Accessibility (nice to have): Solid understanding of WCAG guidelines and accessibility testing tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to build user-facing features from early-stage prototypes to polished products.
  • Communication: Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English.
  • Nice to Have: Familiarity with backend systems (Node.js, Postgres) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

What We're Looking For

A natural problem solver who loves to tinker, prototype new ideas, and constantly grow - someone who brings both creativity and curiosity to every challenge.

Perks:

  • Remote working (UK only), with access to an office for team meet-ups in London.
  • 25 days of holiday, plus your birthday off.
  • Competitive salary.
  • Be part of a global team with a meaningful mission.
  • Join us in revolutionising the accessibility landscape and help make a global impact!
